Day 121. My friend and her family will be moving soon.
Day 122. Moving has its plusses and its minuses.

Day 123. When I had finished my studies in California, I rented a U-haul truck and moved with my wife and kids to Ohio.

Day 126.  Thinking I would be out of town on Halloween, I didn't buy candy for trick-or-treaters.

Day 128.  Many, many moons ago, my wife, my kids, and I lived in married-student housing, where on Halloween hundreds of ghosts and goblins prowled the walkways and knocked on doors.

Day 129. Parents used to allow their children to walk unaccompanied throughout the neighborhood on Halloween, but today's parents always stand only a few feet away as their children approach a neighbor's door.

Day 130. One of my sons is a teacher in Colorado; the other teaches in Texas.
